We know you want pictures! Cat funny pictures, the cute or cuddly one, and of course, the adorable. Maybe your looking for tabby cat pictures or calico cat pictures. You'll find these here on all the different breeds with tips on identifying your very own furry friend. We have all different size of  scattered throughout our site, little, small and in-between so take your pick.

I LOVE CATS! I have pictures all over the house. Some my daughter has drawn (she is quite artistic), others are paintings and photos. And we will soon be doing many more artistic projects with cat pictures. Etching and hand-crafted engravings of the different breeds onto glass or mirrors is what is coming! I hope you will come back to see them. You will be able to identify your specific breed of cat, along with other types of personalization you may want to order.

If you would like to have a pencil drawing done for your pet we will offer that as well for a very good price. My daughter is on her way to becoming a wonderful artist and this site is a tribute to helping her along the way. I will post samples soon for you to see her work.

Zoro and Cookie share our humble home with us. (3 teenagers along with mom and dad) Now that several of the children have left home there is extra room and lots more attention! Zoro is a Ragdoll and you can see his picture here. He has quite a personality and is very smart. Cookie is more relaxed and let's things roll by, however, he is a very scarty cat at times and runs like the wind!

What about names?

Can you tell by a picture or photo what to name your pet?

Cats hold a very special place in the hearts of their owners.  Wouldn't it be nice to give your cat the best name you can think of?  Wouldn't it be great to give it something that reflect it's personality? Think about the traits your animal portrays and think about it's family cat breed in general. Tip! Zoro was named such from the TV hero character Zoro who wore a black mask. If you look at Zoro's picture you will see the black mask around his eyes. On the other hand, Cookie was named by my daughter and definitely does not look like a cookie. She said, the other name would have been cookies and cream. I actually, think she has food on the brain... (that's teenagers!) For some reason they named most of our cats after food --> Peaches, Blackberry, Cheese-It, Cookie. I named Zoro as he was given to me as a gift.

Keep in mind that the name you choose will not only reflect the character of the animal, but also how the owner views his relationship with his pet. As much as it says a lot about the cat, the name given by the owner will tell much about the owner himself. The name can portray an image of the characteristics, and believe it or not, many names give either a positive or negative effect on the animal.  So, it is important to choose a name which will best convey the proper image of your cat.

A cat's name is forever.  No matter which name you choose, the name should be that for the rest of your cat's life.  It is not fair to change the cat's name every week or two just because you find another name that sounds better.  This is especially true if your pet already recognizes the sound of its name. There are actually a lot of names to choose from in books, movies, or on the internet.
